This is a very nice, rare and vintage Mango Fork set for six. Each of the 6 matching pieces has a lovely and well executed silver handle with a vining floral design. The 3 tine fork 'business' end is stainless and so marked - the only markings on any of them. Since there are no markings on the handles so I am hesitant to say they are sterling, although they present like it. Each piece is approximately 8 1/4" long and weighs 2.8 ounces. The box is original to the set and, though the bottom is in relative good condition, the top shows significant wear and the clear plastic face has separated from either side. It is good for storage, but quite lacking for display. As mentioned, this is a vintage set and is by no means pristine. The set shows only minor rubs and usage, though. One fork, shown in the bottom two photos after clicking on the photo above, has a flaw on either side of the handle. I don't know if this is from manufacture or happened with use. The only markings on the box is "Patente En Tramite" or Patent Pending in Spanish and it is presumed that the set is from Mexico ...... SOLD
